SHIPPING PROCESS
Most orders ship within 3 business days of receipt. Total processing time may be affected by inventory levels of individual items, public holidays, etc.

DELIVERY TIME
We try to provide products as quickly as possible, but cannot be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, weather, military, civil affairs, national emergencies and other accidents.
Germany: 5-8 working days, delivery by DHL or Hermes.
Austria: 5-8 working days, delivery via DPD.
Switzerland: 5-8 working days, delivery by Asendia.
Luxembourg: 6-10 working days, delivery by POST Luxembourg.
Netherlands: 6-10 working days, delivery by GLS, DHL or Cycloon.
France: 6-8 working days, delivery by Colissimo, Asendia or Colisprive.
Belgium: 6-10 working days, delivery by Belgian Post or Colis Prive.
Italy: 10-13 working days, delivery by Italian Post, GLS or HRP.
Canada: 8-13 business days, delivered via Canada Post or UniUni.
